Friday Sketchers #3 ~ Bright & Bold Colours For This One....

This weeks sketch over at Friday Sketchers is by the lovely Carole, her blog Star Dust Gems & Ribbons holds lots of inspiration for all and i really do urge you to take a peek..... you won't be disappointed.... I also have a little confession to make, I've been a little silly.............well i actually feel idiotic to tell the truth....... I made this card at lunch time yesterday, there was a knock at the door with lots of goodies (those i will tell you about in my next two posts...) then i settled down to make this card.. all was going well my Sister-in-law and her husband came and we went out for dinner and i decided to post when i got home that evening..... Well i got home and couldn't get the Internet connection to work at all, i telephoned my provider at great cost (50p a minute) to myself and they said there was nothing wrong at all with the connection, i still couldn't get it working this tea time so i nearly gave up on it when i saw the light on the wireless LAN switch on my laptop wasn't on........... silly me i must have turned it off some how, i was getting so frustrated this afternoon i even asked my husband if he'd been messing around with it, and all along it was me.....!!!!!!!!!! I'm sorry guys........I've been like a bear with a sore head because i couldn't post or e-mail friends.....how bad is that, we rely so heavily on the WWW every day...... but without it i wouldn't be doing this so... i won't feel so bad..... hehehe... anyway I'm feeling rather foolish right now so I'm going to go ahead and post my FS creation.....i do hope that you like it......

I decided to go bold and bright with this one.....i think it actually turned out OK and i also used my H20's for the first time in ages...i masked Tilda onto the chair i got for my birthday and used some old papers I'd forgotten I'd purchased (that's crafters for you...) believe it or not, the ribbon is from a M&S birthday cake i love it as it is so bright and vibrant.....but best of all recycled..

Happy Birthday ~ Celebrate!
