Well the last couple of days in our house have been pretty up and down, the pressure in Gizmo's eye was thirty yesterday which isn't good then this morning after jiggling the medications it was twenty one, which isn't brilliant but isn't too bad either, if it stays at twenty one or below there's a good chance that the specialist won't use the shunt which would be great, but we've been advised that Giz will probably be in for three weeks which knocked us for six....... I decided that sitting around waiting was doing me no good at all, it was all i was thinking about so i decided to keep busy and try some challenges....
This week at Friday Sketchers it's the lovely Heidi's turn to set the challenge... if you haven't visited Heidi's Papir Verden yet you really should take a look she creates the most wonderful cards and scrapbook pages...
My new set of Sugar Nellie designs arrived last week after missing the first run of these stamps
due to the e-mail ending up in my junk mail folder........i finally managed to grab a set a the weekend before last... and they are gorgeous... i just finished stamping for Moni and Ila they are going to love these little beauties..the set is called Sweet Ebony, and they really are incredibly sweet.... I've spent most of today (my day off work) colouring images with prisma pencils and my lovely new SU inks that arrived on Saturday, my friend Claudia ordered them for me, thank you so much, i just have to learn to paint using them now....it's not as easy as it looks which is why i am always so impressed by
Claudia's creations...Here is my creation for FS, i used Prisma colour pencils and Sansodor to colour the beautiful Sweet ebony... and SEI Granny's Kitchen double sided card stock.... i just love these new images, i have to make a new rule, i go through phases using stamps so from now on I'm going to have one day a week where say if it's Monday I'll use Magnolia and if it's a Tuesday I'll use Rakle, at least this way I'll use my stamps all of the time instead of them hiding away until i remember "oh i've not used that one in ages".... Sorry about the pictures i took them tonight in artificial light, I'll take better ones tomorrow...
Ingredients: Sweet Ebony Stamp (Sugar Nellie) ~ Prisma Colour Pencils With Sansodor & Stumps ~ SEI Granny's Kitchen Double Sided Card Stock ~ Bo Bunny Brads ~ Velvet Ribbon LSH ~ Assorted Ink Pads.....

Another fabulous card Tina! Love the colours and the stamp is sooo cute! Is it the SU re-inkers that you use to colour sometimes? I am curious to know what you do with them!
